Refund policy
General
Because each item is made to order, I’m not able to accept returns. That said, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and do my best to make it right.
I do accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and will gladly issue a full refund if requested during that time.
Damages
Please check your order when it arrives and contact me right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. I want to make sure you receive exactly what you expected, and I’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
Since each product is made just for you, the quickest way to get something new is to place a new order after your return is accepted (if applicable).
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll receive it on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take your bank or credit card company a little extra time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received it, feel free to contact me.
